How do I reserve an apartment?
To reserve an apartment, first read the terms and conditions on our site and then email@example.com with your rental request. Be sure to include your check-in/out dates, number of guests (and ages), contact info and whether or not you require parking. We will respond to your request within 24 hrs with availability and rates.
If the suite is available, you can reserve your suite with our on-line booking form available here, you would be required to pay a $1,000 damage/reservations deposit .This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation (under 30 days) if the suite cannot be rented out at the same rate. The reservations deposit will be converted to a damage deposit and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure pending there is no damage to the property.
When is payment due for my apartment rental?
Full rental payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then the full rental payment is due at time of booking.
Upon receiving your reservation, we will send you an reservation confirmation detailing your total, method of payment and instructions.
What form of payments do you accept?
Rent payments can be made via cheque, bank draft, money order, wire transfer (guest are responsible for transfer fees), or credit card (3% transaction fee will apply).
What does the rental rate includes?
The rental rate includes high speed internet, cable television, home phone with unlimited local calling. For rentals shorter than one month, 15% tax will apply. There is also a one time cleaning fee ($95 for 1 bedroom, $125 for 2 bedroom & $150 for 3 bedrooms and $225 for 4+ bedroom houses) that applies to all rentals.
Do you have a minimum night stay requirement?
The minimum nights for each suite will vary. Most apartment buildings does have minimum number of stays (usually 30 – 60 night’s minimum, some do have longer requirement, please contact us for more details.
Do you have parking available?
Parking is available with advanced booking. The rate is $10/day, $60/week or $150/month for apartment buildings and townhouses.
What is the occupancy for each apartment?
Our one bedroom rates are based on double occupancy and two bedrooms are based on quadruple occupancy. three or more bedroom suites is based on 8 people sharing (children under 13 stay for free). Extra occupancy rate is $15/person, per night.
What are your check-in/out times?
Our check-in time is between 3-6pm on date of arrival and check-out time is before 10-11am on date of departure. Early and late departures can be arranged based on availability.
If there are no guest checking in/out on your requested date, we do allow early check in/out. However, we will not be able to confirm early check in / late check out until 3 days prior.
Do any of your suites have air conditioning?
Only a select number of our suites have air conditioning. The suites that don’t have AC will all be equipped with fans. 98% of the condos in Vancouver do not have AC because there is really only 2 weeks in Vancouver that air conditioning is required. If AC is important to you, please double check prior to booking to make sure that the suite you booked does have air conditioning.
Is smoking allowed?
All our suites is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. If any evidence of smoking is detected, you will forfeit your security deposit.
Some suite do not allow smoking in any common areas (including the suite’s own balcony, please confirm with us about smoking by-laws if you have concern)
Are pets allowed?
Only well behaved and non-shedding pets are allowed in some of our apartments for an extra charge.
