Our rates are quoted in CAD dollars and inclusive of in suite laundry, free high-speed internet, home phone with unlimited local calling, cable TV and utilities.
Parking cost will be $10/day, $60/week or $150/month (only applicable to secured underground parking).
One time cleaning fee of $85 for 1 bedroom, $95 for 2 bedroom and $130 for 3 bedroom and $195 for furnished houses 12% HST applicable to all rentals less than 30 days. HST will be charged on the respective cleaning fee for all rentals.
Weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
Pet are allowed (some suites) with prior approval. Pet fees will apply.
One bedroom suites are based on double occupancy, two bedroom suites are based on quadruple occupancy and three or more bedroom suites is based on 6 people sharing (children under 13 stay for free). Extra occupancy charge is $15/night.
